- Introduction to the characters of the Books. Billy and Lilly. Sammy the Squirrel. Minigon the Dragon.
- Singing and Dancing on the Welcome and Goodbye Songs in the books.
- Learning simple structures as ' What's your name ', ' My name is ', I'm a (boy - girl) ', ' I'm (happy - sad) ', 'Hello and Goodbye '.
- Make a bookmark for the Pupil's book and the Activity book of My Little Island.
- Play games inside and outside.
- Listen to stories.

Hello, great ideas, thank you. Im kindergarten teacher and it is what I use too. Do you have other ideas for ELL students for the beginning of the school year. Thanks Lourdes
